When Parimatch Asks for KYC
A new Parimatch account works without verification: registration, deposits and bets on cricket or Parimatch casino games are open from day one. The identity check becomes necessary at the moment money goes the other way, before the first withdrawal.
First Withdrawal
A withdrawal request cannot be paid out until the account has passed KYC.
Bonus Winnings
Winnings from a welcome bonus can be withdrawn only from a verified account.
Large Or Unusual Activity
Large or unusual transactions can lead to extra document requests.
Reported threshold. Some reports link the automatic check to withdrawals above about USD 100, roughly ₹7,500–₹8,500. The trigger may vary by account, so completing KYC before the first cash-out request avoids an extra wait.
A pending KYC check is also one of the reported reasons for a locked account, alongside repeated wrong passwords; both cases are covered in the login troubleshooting guide.
Accepted Documents for Parimatch KYC
One identity document from the list below is the usual starting point. The Account Confirmation step offers Aadhaar (number plus SMS code, or a photo) and a PAN photo as the main routes; a passport, driving licence or Voter ID is also accepted.
- Aadhaar
- PAN card
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Voter ID
| Document | How to submit |
|---|---|
| Aadhaar card | Fast check: enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number and the SMS code sent to the Aadhaar-linked phone. A photo of the card also works. |
| PAN card | Photo upload in Account Confirmation |
| Passport | Photo upload of the page with personal details |
| Driving licence | Photo upload |
| Voter ID | Photo upload |
Extra Documents on Request
For some accounts, Parimatch asks for more than a single ID:
| Request | What fits |
|---|---|
| Proof of address | Utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months |
| Proof of payment method | Confirmation that the UPI account, bank account or wallet used for deposits belongs to the account holder |
| Selfie with ID | A photo of the account holder holding the ID document |
How to Verify A Parimatch Account Step by Step
- Log in. Open Parimatch in a browser or in the Parimatch app and sign in with a phone number, e-mail or account number, or with Google or Apple if the account was opened that way.
- Fill in Personal Data. Go to Profile → Personal Data and enter the full name, date of birth, country and city exactly as printed on the ID.
- Confirm the phone and e-mail. Enter the SMS code and open the e-mail link if the profile shows these contacts as unconfirmed.
- Open Account Confirmation. This section of the profile holds the KYC options.
- Choose a verification route. Enter the Aadhaar number and the SMS code, or upload a photo of Aadhaar or PAN.
- Send extra documents if asked. Proof of address, proof of payment method or a selfie with ID may be requested at this stage.
- Wait for approval. A notification confirms the result, and withdrawals become available once the check is approved.
Route A: Aadhaar Number + SMS
- Type the 12-digit Aadhaar number.
- Wait for the SMS on the phone linked to Aadhaar.
- Enter the code in the Account Confirmation form.
- Wait for the approval notification, which can arrive sooner than on the photo route.
Route B: Document Photo
- Pick Aadhaar, PAN or another ID from the list.
- Take a clear photo of the original.
- Upload the file in Account Confirmation.
- Wait for the manual review, usually a few hours.

Create an AccountHow Long Parimatch Verification Takes
| Situation | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Aadhaar number + SMS code | Can be faster than a photo review |
| Document photo upload | Usually a few hours, up to 24 hours |
| Busy periods | Up to 48 hours |
A check moves fastest when Personal Data already matches the ID and the first photo is sharp. A request for proof of address or a selfie adds another review round, so those files are worth having on the phone before starting.
Because the first UPI withdrawal itself can take up to 24 hours, finishing KYC right after the first deposit keeps the two waits from adding up. If the status still shows as pending after 48 hours, the 24/7 Online Chat can check the request; the support guide explains how to reach a live agent.
Photo Tips for Faster Approval
A blurry or cropped photo sends the file back for a second round. A few habits help the first upload pass the manual review:
- Whole document in frame. All four corners visible, nothing cropped or covered by fingers.
- Even light, no glare. Laminated Aadhaar and PAN cards reflect a flash, so daylight near a window works better.
- Straight angle. Hold the phone flat above the card instead of shooting from the side.
- Readable text. Zoom in before sending: name, date of birth and document number should be sharp.
- Original, unedited. Photograph the physical card rather than a photocopy or a screenshot, and skip filters or cropping apps.
- Both sides where printed. Aadhaar, driving licence and Voter ID carry details on the back, so add the reverse side when the form asks for a second image.
- Selfie with ID. Face and document both in focus, with the card held next to the face, not in front of the face.
Reasons for Rejection And How to Fix Them
Typical reasons a check stalls or fails, with the fix for each:
| Reason | Fix |
|---|---|
| Name or date of birth in Personal Data differs from the ID | Correct Personal Data so the spelling matches the document letter for letter, or ask the Online Chat for help with the change |
| Blurry, dark or cropped photo | Retake the picture following the photo tips above and upload again |
| Document belongs to someone else | Only the account holder's own ID is accepted, one account per person |
| UPI ID or bank account registered to another person | Use a payment method in the account holder's own name and send proof of ownership if asked |
| Proof of address older than 3 months | Send a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months |
| Aadhaar SMS code does not arrive | Wait about 60 seconds, check that DND does not block service messages and request a new code; if the Aadhaar-linked number has changed, upload a photo of the card instead |
| Second account for the same person | Duplicate accounts are blocked and bonuses on them are cancelled; log in to the original account and verify that one |
Protect the account. Parimatch support does not ask for passwords or OTP codes and does not start conversations on WhatsApp. The Aadhaar SMS code goes only into the Account Confirmation form, and documents are uploaded only there, never sent to a chat contact.
KYC And Parimatch Withdrawals
Passing KYC is the main condition for a payout, but the cashier checks a few more points before releasing money:
- phone number and e-mail confirmed in the profile;
- withdrawal sent to the same method used for deposits, where that method supports payouts;
- UPI ID or bank account registered in the account holder's name;
- wagering of any active bonus finished;
- the deposit usually wagered at least once (1x) before cashing out.
The minimum withdrawal is ₹500–₹1,000 depending on the method, with UPI often at ₹1,000. Limits and payout times by method are covered in the Parimatch withdrawal guide, and wagering rules for each welcome offer are on the Parimatch bonus page.

FAQ about Parimatch Verification
Can I bet on Parimatch without verification?
Yes. Registration, deposits and bets are available straight away. KYC is required only before withdrawing money, including bonus winnings.
Which document gives the fastest Parimatch KYC?
Aadhaar. Entering the 12-digit number and the SMS code sent to the Aadhaar-linked phone can be quicker than a manual review of an uploaded photo.
How long does Parimatch verification take?
Usually a few hours, up to 24 hours. In busy periods the review can take up to 48 hours; if the status is still pending after that, the 24/7 Online Chat can check the request.
Is there an amount that triggers KYC?
Some reports point to an automatic check once a withdrawal goes above about USD 100, or roughly ₹7,500–₹8,500. The threshold may differ from account to account, so the simplest plan is to verify before the first cash-out.
Is a selfie needed for Parimatch verification?
Not by default. A selfie with ID, proof of address or proof of payment method is requested only for some accounts, for example after large or unusual transactions.
Can the Aadhaar SMS go to a new number?
No, the code goes to the phone linked to Aadhaar. If that number is no longer in use, upload a photo of Aadhaar, PAN or another accepted ID instead.
